1. Background & Objective   Komari Beverage PLC invites qualified and experienced suppliers to express their interest in supplying and producing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).   The purpose of this EOI is to identify and prequalify capable, reliable, competitive suppliers with proven experience in FMCG, beverage, retail, and related industries, and to establish a qualified supplier pool for future POSM requirements.   This EOI is for supplier identification and prequalification only and does not constitute a commitment to award any business.   2. Scope of POSM   Suppliers may express interest in one or more of the following categories:   Printed POSM :-

  • PVC Poster: (material type plastic A2 size),
  • Paper Poster: (material type paper A1 & A2 size),
  • ABS Foam Poster: (material type foam size is dependent)
  • Table talkers
  • Flags (material type garment used to print flags and structure to hold the flag metal rods with cement filling at the bottom),
  • T-shirt, colour category (Pantone P Process Black C and Pantone P 1-1C)

Display and Promotional Materials :-

  • Napkin Holder: (material type metal, coated),
  • Coasters: used to serve drinks to avoid rings marks on tables (material type silicon),
  • Glassware: (material type glass Massin Jar with Arada engraving),
  • Ice bucket: (material type stainless steel & galvanized).

3D, Fabrication and Branded Materials:-

  • Signage: material type would be metal.
  • Fanny packs: (material type polyester, black with embroidery).

Suppliers should clearly indicate the specific POSM products they can supply and may include additional products not listed above. 3. Minimum Supplier Requirements   Interested suppliers should demonstrate:

  • Valid business registration and business license.
  • Relevant experience in POSM production and supply.
  • Proven experience serving FMCG, beverage, retail, or related industries.
  • Adequate production facilities, equipment, manpower, and technical capabilities.
  • Ability to produce customized materials based on approved specifications and artwork.
  • Quality-control processes and ability to meet required quality and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to provide samples/prototypes where required.
  • References from existing or previous customers.

4. Information to be Submitted   Suppliers are requested to submit:

  • Company profile and registration/license documents.
  • List of POSM categories and specific products they can supply.
  • Relevant POSM experience/projects, preferably from the last 3 years.
  • Production facilities, machinery, capacity, and typical lead times.
  • Product catalogue/portfolio and relevant samples, where available.
  • Customer references and contact details.
  • General commercial terms, including payment terms and minimum order quantities, if applicable.
