INVITATION FOR BID

Two Separate Tenders — Bidders must submit a distinct proposal for each tender they wish to bid on.

• TENDER A:  Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Enterprise Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, IPSec VPN Connectivity, and Managed Switch)
• TENDER B: Supply of Microsoft 365 Business Standard & Exchange Online Licensing, Tenant Setup, Migration, and Managed Support

1.  Invitation

Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C. (WCIB) invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit competitive technical and financial proposals for the two separate procurements described below. Tender A covers the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and post-installation support of an enterprise-grade network security infrastructure solution. Tender B covers the supply of Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Exchange Online Plan 1 licensing for a combined 31 users, together with tenant setup, data migration, training, and managed support. Full details of each procurement are set out in the respective RFP document.

2.  Eligibility

Tender A — Network Infrastructure

Product / Brand: Next generation Firewall(2), routers(2), switch, rack and ups.

Local Presence:  Registered business presence and operations in Ethiopia; a local partner must lead any joint venture.

Experience:  Proven experience deploying enterprise firewall/router solutions in banking or financial institutions.
Tender B — Microsoft 365 Licensing

Product / Brand:  Must be a current Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) or authorized Microsoft partner.

Local Presence:  Registered business presence and operations in Ethiopia.

Experience:  Demonstrated experience deploying Microsoft 365 in comparable or larger organizations, preferably in the financial sector.

3.  How to Obtain the RFP Documents

The complete RFP document for each tender, including the Statement of Requirements, Technical Requirements and  Evaluation Criteria, is available for collection in person only for five days, 

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Addis Ababa time, EAT), from the contacts below.

Proposals must be submitted no later than Ten working (calendar) days after the official announcement date of this RFP.
