The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC) is issuing this bid for the EECMY-DASSC -WE- AO, construction of women's and Girls Friendly Safe Space, in West Wollega, Kondal Woreda, Oromia Region the commission (EECMY-DASSC) invites reputable, capable, reliable, and licensed suppliers to the bid in line with the following conditions and specifications.

1.  Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information's directly from the EECMY-DASSC Online with the E-mail Address given below during office hours within the indicated dates.
2.  For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened up to September 7/2026 4:30PM from the date of the announcement on newspaper. at the address given below.
3. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver wax-sealed bid document original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC- WE-AO Begi Gidame Synod Office, within Thirteen (13) days from the announcement of this bid on newspaper.
4.  Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of 2% in the form of Cashier's. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by illegible Ethiopian Bank.
5. Bidders must attach all legal documents (valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance and good performance evidence) and past work experience in related field.
6. Bids shall be closed September 7/ 2026 at 4:30 PM and will be opened on September 8/2026 at 2:00 PM, EECMY-DASSC-WE-AO Begi Gidame Synod Office in the presence of the bidders/ duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
7. The commission, (EECMY-DASSC) reserves the right to partially or as whole to change or cancel the bid.
