Invitation to Contractors with GC-4 or BC-4 and above contractor license.

1. Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has allocated budget to be used for the pro- curement of Lot-1 Jimma Region Garage Work, Lot-2 Mekelle Region Garage Work and Lot-3 Kotobe Head Office Cafeteria Construction through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

2. Ethiopian Electric Power now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement Lot-1 Jimma Region Garage Work, Lot-2 Mekelle Region Garage Work and Lot-3 Kotobe Head Office Cafeteria Construction.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid- ding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mon- day to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by inter- ested bidders to the above work and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr only). The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Georgis Branch, starting from 7th November 2026.

5. Bid proposals shall comprise One Original and One Copy of separately sealed technical (Qualification) and financial Proposal by clearly mentioned on the tender document should be presented to the above mentioned address on or before 24th November 2026, 2:00 p.m., local time (Addis Ababa).

6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Electric Power for each lot. A bid security of ETB 335,000.00 for Lot-1, ETB 350,000.00 for Lot-2 and ETB 435,000.00 for Lot-3. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 24th November 2026 at 2:30 p.m., local time (Addis Ababa).

8. Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
