The Ethiopian Railways Corporation (ERC) has issued an extension for the National Open bidding regarding the commercial operation, repair, and maintenance concession of ERC-owned ready-mix concrete batching plants.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE COMMERCIAL OPERATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CONCESSION OF ERC-OWNED READY-MIX CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS

The Ethiopian Railways Corporation sends an official extension of time to the commercial invitation for the above-referenced National Open bidding, originally released on August 23, 2026.

Please be advised that we have issued revisions to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for this Bid. To allow all interested parties sufficient time to thoroughly review these modifications and integrate the updated scope into their technical and financial proposals, ERC has extended the bid floating time.

Please note the revised timeline details below:

Except for the extension of the bid submission and opening dates and the revisions made to the TOR, all other requirements and provisions of the bidding document remain unchanged and shall continue to apply.
