 Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified. The bidder shall submit an audited financial statement for 2017 or 2018 E.C., audited by a certified/licensed auditor holding a valid business license for the relevant year. The auditor’s valid business license shall be attached to the audited financial statement.

Bidder has to submit other documents proofing its financial standing, as required in the BDS Clause 15.2(b), The submitted bank statement shall demonstrate that the bidder’s average monthly transaction volume exceeded ETB 2,000,000.00 (two million Birr).

When the annual turnover submitted by the bidder is not less than the average annual turnover specified in the bid document.

Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7

Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

The bidder shall provide evidence demonstrating that it has an adequate organizational structure and sufficient human resources. The bidder shall specify the key employees, their duties/functions, professional qualifications or areas of expertise, responsibilities, and number of personnel. Payroll records showing payment of employees’ salaries for two months shall also be submitted as supporting evidence

 Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;

Bidder has to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

Bidder has to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS

The bidder shall have adequate relevant work experience of at least one recent year (2017 or 2018 E.C.) and shall demonstrate the capacity to supply at least 4,000.00 kilograms of meat per month. The bidder shall provide documentary evidence of similar contracts undertaken with universities, colleges, or other institutions, indicating the supply period, contract value/budget, and quantity supplied, demonstrating that the experience is relevant and comparable to the requirements of this contract

The bidder shall have a suitable, hygienic, fully refrigerated vehicle (covered van) specifically suitable for transporting meat. The bidder shall provide legal proof of ownership (vehicle registration book/card) or a valid legal rental/lease agreement for the vehicle.

The bidder shall have a temporary holding facility (livestock shed/holding pen) for cattle purchased for slaughter. The bidder shall provide a valid legal ownership document/title or a valid legal rental/lease agreement for the holding facility.

The meat to be supplied shall be slaughtered in , under hygienic and safe conditions. The bidder shall provide evidence demonstrating that it has been a user of an abattoir for at least one recent year (2017 or 2018 E.C.
