SRS Kebri Beyah City Administration Finance and Economic Development Office invites bidders for Procurement of Equipment, tools and logistics for Waste Collection and Transportation

Invitation to Bid

SRS KBCA now invites qualified Bidders from eligible and interested bidders through NCB for Procurement of the following items for Procurement of Equipment, tools and logistics for Waste Collection and Transportation Procurement Ref No ET-SOMALE KEBRIBEYAH ETLWC/001/2019

1. The tender will be remaining floating for 30 days starting from the date advertised on the Ethiopian herald and KBCA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the above description to be completed within 30 calendars days and Bill will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders

2. Renewed License for 2019 EFY VAT Registration Certificate at the same renewed license Tax Clearance Certificate for 2019 EFY which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date, Registration as Supplier in the list of the man- dated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)

3. All Bidders shall subunit their Bids in two envelopes, the list envelop labeled as "Qualification Information and Bid Security" and the second envelope "Financial bid", separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on another outer envelope

4. A complete set of biding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the bidders below and upon payment of none refundable fee of birr 1000 ETB (one Thousand only) of payment will be in cash. During working hours NB: If the bid opening ceremony date is not working day, the hid opening date will be next working day

5. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr) only for all lots in the form of certified check (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank.

6. The bid Closing Will be at 2:00 PM Afternoon 2:30 PM 4/10/2026 opening ceremony will take place at KBCA Office of finance and Economic Development, procurement Department Room No 2 late bides will be rejected. Qualification information and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders legal representative who choose to attend at the adders above on the final bid submission date and time for lots as stated above

7. The Kebri-Beyah City Administration Finance and Economic Development Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids may obtain further information and documents may be inspected from The Address Below During Office Hours, 2:30 AM- 12:30 AM And 2:00 PM-5:30 PM From Monday to Thursday and On Friday from 2:30 AM-11:00 AM And 2:00 PM-5:30PM
