INVITATION TO TENDER

1. The PEACEFUL TRADING SHARE COMPANY has received a budget from its members' contribution towards the cost of construction of 3B+G+18+P Building, which is located at Yeka Sub City, Woreda 07, the former House No: 262.
2. The PEACEFUL TRADING SHARE COMPANY now invites sealed bids from G3 and above contractors for furnishing mainly the necessary labor, based construction with provisions of formwork activities for the construction of only up to 3B+G of a 3B+G+18+P mixed use apartment building.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by G3 and above contractors up on submission of copy of 2026 renewed license form Peaceful trading Share Company Head offices Addis Ababa, around English Embassy, on Dr Maru Aregawi Building 4" Floor, Room number 405 by paying non- refundable 1000 birr up to September 25, 2026.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Peaceful office and inspect the bidding documents at Peaceful Trading Share Company Head offices Addis Ababa, around English Embassy, on Dr Maru Aregawi Building 4th Floor, Room number 405; Tel. 09 11 67 81 20 and/or 09 11 80 92 93.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount in an acceptable form of insurance /CPO. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity. The sealed bid document must be delivered to Peaceful office around English Embassy, at Dr Maru Aregawi Building 4 Floor, Room Number 405 on or before 4:30 PM of the bid closing date.
6. Peaceful Trading Share Company reserves the right to reject any or all the bid
