1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Health Insurance Book Printing.
2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;
- Supplier Registration
- Renewed trade license
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Tax clearance certificate
- TIN Certificate
3. Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from September 6, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300 (Birr Three hundred only) to Corporate Branch, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid document Soft Copy from Procurement Directorate, Kiamed Biulding, 1st floor.

4. Sample Must be Submitted before or on the Bid Opening Date.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before Sep. 29,2026 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office (Kiamed Biulding) 1st floor.
6. The Bid's shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on Sep. 29, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
7. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office (Kiamed Biulding), Procurement Directorate, Kiamed Biulding 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 5578088, ext. 1218;
8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately with copies in one sealed envelope.
9. The language of Tender shall be English.
10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
