The Rehabilitation and Development Organization (RaDO) invites bids from eligible contractors (GC or BC Grade 7 and above) for the construction of Women and Girls Safe Spaces in Bugna Woreda, North Wollo Zone, Amhara Region.

Invitation for Bids Tender

RADO is a National Non-Governmental organization working in Ethiopia mainly in the areas of Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS, Community Service/Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Mine Action particularly Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) and Victim Assistance (VA).

RaDO has secured budget from Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) for Women and Girls Safe Space Construction at Amhara Region-North Wollo Zone- Bugna Woreda.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of ETB 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand) CPO only, Birr 100.00 unreturned for Bid Document and shall be delivered to RaDO Lalibela Sub Office on submission of tender document on the 7th day (7 Consecutive Days) from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 5:00 PM (bid closing time).

Thus, RaDO invites all eligible contractors with GC or BC Grade 7 and above who have a license valid for the current year and Registration certificate for VAT & trade License..

Bid Requirements

RaDO (hereafter referred to as "the Organization') now invites wax- sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the constructions described above.

1. Complete sets of the bidding documents may be accessed at the RaDO Lalibela Sub-Office, upon request starting from 1st day of the announcement.
2. Bidders are eligible to collect bid document and must indicate clearly on which project they are Competing
3. The bidders should attach their VAT registration and TIN Number registration certificate.
4. The dates for submission of tender document are on the 7th Calendar Day (Consecutive Days) from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 5:00 PM (bid closing time).
5. The bidder must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each.
6.  Bid opening date will be on the next day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO North Wollo Lalibela Sub Office. If there is public holiday or Weekend on this date the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
7. Bidders (Contractors) should submit their offer with sealed. signed and Waxed envelop marked 'Women and Girls Safe Space Construction"

9. RaDO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
10. Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representative with their delegation letter Bid opening date will be on the next day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M.
