Subject: Cancellation of Bid Due to Incomplete Design

This is to inform all bidders and concerned parties that the bidding process for the above-mentioned project has been cancelled due to the design of the project not being finalized/completed. The current design documents require further review, completion, and necessary technical adjustments before the project can be properly tendered.

Therefore, proceeding with the current bidding process may result in uncertainties regarding the scope of Design, quantities and specifications.

Accordingly, Previous bid invitation on date 28/12/2018 published on Herald Newspaper should be canceled. A new bidding process may be initiated after the design and related tender documents have been completed and approved in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all bidders.
