 ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠን የተጠቀሰበት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።  አሽናፊው ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን በመደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ካምፓስ ይሰጣል።  ዩኒቨርሲቲው/ተጠቃሚው ክፍል አገልግሎቱን ሲፈልግ ቀደም ብሎ በደብዳቤ ያሳውቃል።  አሸናፊው ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን ጨርሶ ክፍያ ሲጠይቅ ትክክለኛ ደረሰኝ በካሽ ሬጅስትር ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡የፕላስቲክ ለስላሳ መጠጡ በአራቱም በዓላት የሚቀርብ ሲሆን ፤ ማለትም፡- ገና ፤ ዒድ አላድሃ/አረፋ/ ፤ፋሲካ እና ዒድ ዓል-ፈጥር በተማሪ ብዛት በትእዛዝ ደብዳቤ ለአቅራቢው ድርጅት ሲደርሰው የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል።
