ተወዳዳሪዎች በዘርፉ አግባብነት ያለውን ወሳኝ የሆኑ ዶክሜንቶችሁን በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ኦንላይን ላይ ለጨረታው ማያያዝዎን አይዘንጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ (ሲፒኦ) ጥቃቅንና አነስተና የሆኑ ተጫራቾች የጫረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢደቦንድ(ሲፒኦ) ከሚመለከተው መ/ቤት/ በአድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጫረታ መክፈቻ እለት ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊትለፊት በሚገኘው መወዩ ማስተባበሪያ ፅ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ሕ/ናና ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ/ሆ የግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ፅ/ቤት መቅረብ አለበት። ጫረታው በሚከፈትበት ዕለት እና ሠዓት ተከታትለው ኪ-ሼርዎን ሼር ማድረግ አይዘንጉ። የሪፈሬሽመንት ዋጋ ሲሞሉ በሮቤና ጎባ ከተማ ውስጥ የሪፍሬሽመንት የወቅቱን የገበያ ዋጋ ባገናዘበ መልኩ ቫትን አካተው ዋጋ ይሙሉ። የሪፈሬሽመንት አገልግሎት አፈፃፀም የመወዩ ሕ/ናና/ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ/ሆ ተጋባዥ መምህራንና እንግዶች እንዲመጡ በተጠየቀበት ወቅት የሪፍሬሽመንት አገልግሎት ጥያቄ አስቀድሞ ለአሸናፊው ድርጅት በደብዳቤ ተገልፆ የሚፈፀም ይሆናል። አሸናፊው ድርጅት አቅርቦቱን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ ያቀርባል። የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገው ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት በሚገኝ የዋጋ መረጃ ሆኖ ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት አለመገኘቱ ከተረጋገጠ በአካባቢው በሚጠናው የወቅቱ የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ መሠረት የሚፈፀም ሲሆን ይህ የሚሆነው አገሎግሎቱ መሰጠት ከተጀመረበት ከ3 ወር በኋላ ነው። አሸናፊው ድርጅት የመወዩ ሕ/ናና/ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ/ሆ ጋር ውል በመግባት አገልግሎቱን የሚሰጥ ሲሆን ሌሎች ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎች በውል ውስጥ የሚካተት ይሆናል። የሪፈሬሽመንት አገልግሎቱ መለኪያውን ፤ብዛቱን ፤ጥራቱን ፤ወቅታዊነቱን የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት። የአገልግሎቱ ጊዜ እስከ 2019 ዓ.ም የበጀት ማብቂያ ይሆናል። መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጫረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።
