.ወሠኝ የሆኑት ዶክመንቶቻቸዉን በe-Gp ሲስተም ኦንላይን ላይ ለጨረታዉ ማያያዝዎን አይዘንጉ -ተጫራቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ-ቦንድ/CPO/ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሆኑት ከሚመለከተዉ መ/ቤት አድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጨረታ መክፈቻ አንድ ቀን ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አባባ ኮሪያ ዘማች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘዉ መወዩ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ጎባ ሆስፒታል የግዥ ስራአስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት መቅረብይኖርበታል። ጨረታዉ በሚከፈትበት ዕለትናሰዓትተከታትለዉ ኪ-ሼርዎን ሼርመድረግ አይዘንጉ።  የኦክሲጂን ጋስ ሙሌት ናአጓጉዞ የማቅረብ አገልግሎቱ መወዩሕክ/እና/ጤናሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ጎባ ሆስፒታል ድረስ ሆኖ የማጓጓዣ፤የጫኚ አዉራጅ የጉልበት ዋጋ በአሸናፊዉ ድርጅት የሚሸፈን ይሆናል።  የኦክሲጂንጋስ የሚሞላበትን የኦክሲጂን ሲሊንደሮችን አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት በኃላፊነት ባዶዉን ጭኖ ወስዶ ሞልቶበት የሚያመጣ ይሆናል። ቢጠፋ የጠፋውን የኦክስጅን ሲሊንደር የመተካት ግዴታ አለበት።  የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገዉ ከኢቲዮጵያ ሰታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት በሚገኝ የነዳጅ /ናፍጣ ዋጋ መረጃ መሠረት የሚፈፀም ሲሆን ከኢቲዮጵያ ሰታቲስቲክ ስአገልግሎት የዋጋ መረጃ አለመኖሩ ሲረጋገጥ ከንግድና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ በሚገኝ የዋጋ መረጃ መሰረት የሚፈም ይሆናል  ለአሰራር እንዲያመች በአሁኑ ወቅት በአከባቢዎ አንድ ሊትር ነፍጣዉ የሚሸጥበትን አሁናዊ የዋጋ መረጃ ከንግድ እና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ በአድራሻ ለመወዩ ሕ/ናና ጤ/ሣ/ኮሌጅ የተፃፈ ደብዳቤ አዘጋጅተዉ ይላኩልን። ለዋጋ መነሻነት የሚያገለግለን ስለሆነ ነው።  የአቅርቦትጊዜ ከ1/11/2018 እስከ 30/10/2019 ዓ.ም  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ከገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ።  አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር ዉል በመግባት የሚፈፀምይሆናል። ሌሎች ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎች በውል ስምምነቱ የሚካተቱ ይሆናል።  የኦክስጅን ሲሊንደሮቹ እጥበት በአስፈለገበት ወቅት በአሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚፈፀም ይሆናል።
