ኮሚሽናችን የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 80,000.00 (ሰማኒያ ሺ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ጥላሁን ገሰሰ አደባባይ፣ ሴንጅ ዮሴፍ ት/ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ህንጻ 4ኛ ፎቅ, ግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ቢኖሩ አገልግሎቶቹን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት በሰጠው ዋጋ ለአንድ ዓመት የሆቴል መድተንግዶ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
