The Somali Regional State Erer Agricultural TVET College is seeking framework agreements for the supply of food and food stuff items for a period of one year, extendable for another year.

INVITATION TO TENDER

SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD AND FOOD ITEMS-TENDER

REFERENCE: EATC 2026

The Somali Regional State Erer Agricultural TVET Collage intends to establish framework agreements for the supply of food and food stuff items for a period of one year, extendable for another year, Therefore, all interested and eligible suppliers are invited to participate in this tender, in accordance with the service specifications, bidder instructions, and general terms and conditions which can be obtained from the College office starting from 28/08/2026 to 03/09/2026.

The tender consists of the following lots:

• Lot 1: Dry food items such as rice, spaghetti, macaroni, sugar, powdered milk, and cooking oil. These will be supplied on a monthly basis under a yearly agreement
• Lot 2: vegetables, spices and flavors, and different types of freshmen's to be provided on daily basis through yearly contractual agreement basis

Tender Document Collection:

Tender documents can be obtained from September 03, 2026, to September 08, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200, payable at the Erer Agricultral TVET Collage office.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Valid business license (EC 2018), VAT certificate, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

2. Bid security in the name of "Somali Regional Erer Agricultural TVET Collagea" amounting to 1.5% of the Total bid price, submitted as a CPO or Bank Guarantee valid for 2 months from the date of submission. It must be placed in a separate envelope and attached to the technical bid. (Cash and will not be accepted.)

3. Company profile including address, branches, organizational structure, and company resources.

4. Evidence of past satisfactory performance in supplying similar goods.

Bid Submission Instructions:

• Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one technical and one financial, clearly labeled with the bidder's name, address, tender reference number (EATC 2026), and the title of the bid.
• Bids must be deposited in the designated tender box at the school office and finance office no later than September 09, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The Erer Argicultral TVET Collage Tender Committee will open the bids on September 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Note: Erer Agricultral TVET Collage reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part.
