It is to be recalled that Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) announced Tender No. NCB/OCC-039/2026 through the Ethiopian Herald dated August 28, 2026, for the procurement of a Fully Mobile (Tire-Mounted) Stone Crusher with Screen.
However, pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders, the Buyer (Public Body) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, and reject all bids at any time prior to the award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the bidders.
