Mr. Getachew Alemayehu invites bids from contractors registered in the relevant field and operating under a valid legal license, with a GC/BC-4 or higher grade, for the construction of the G+6 Apartment Building located in Addis Ababa City, Bole Sub-City, Woreda 05.

2. Requirements for Participants
Bidders must submit:
- A renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C.
- A renewed and valid GC/BC-4 or higher Competency Certificate
- A renewed Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- TIN
- Proof of registration as a Supplier with FPPA
3. Site Visit
Visiting the construction site is mandatory.

5. Submission of Tender Documents
A complete set of building set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from the above address and upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 2000 (Two Thousand Birr) from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper.
The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be paying the above amount on account number 1000384340362 Getachew alemayehu commercial bank of ethiopia.
The sealed tender document may be submitted by hand or by Registered Post to the office of Mr. Getachew Alemayehu.

6. Bid Opening
The opening of the Qualification Information and Bid Security will take place on:
- 30 September 2026 — 10:30 AM(The opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.)
7. Project Completion Period
The construction work must be completed within 180 calendar days after Site Handover. Work must commence within 5 days after Site Handover.
Note: Mr. Getachew Alemayehu reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.
