BID INVITATION FOR RECOVERY

WRECK YARD RENOVATION WORK

1. Hibret insurance S.C invites contractors with GC or BC Grade seven and above to undertake renovation work of its Recovery wreck yard located in Kality Subcity, in front of Kality Stadium.
2. A complete bidding document can be  obtained from Company's Headquarter located at Tewodros Square, Hibret Insurance Building 1st Floor, Cashier's Office, upon deposit of non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr) during office hours starting from 21 September, 2026.
3. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Hibret Insurance S.C.
4. Bidders shall submit copy of their renewed Trade License, Tax identification number, Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Professional Renewed License and other necessary documents.
5. Bidders shall be required to submit bid documents separately in two envelopes containing the Technical and Financial original and copy proposals separately on or before 13th October, 2026 at 2:00 P.M at company head office building 9th floor HC & Property St Management Department.
6. Late bids will be rejected and electronic bid will not be permitted.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person at Hibret Insurance SC head office building 11th floor meeting room at 3:00 P.M, on the 13th October, 2026.
8. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (1) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.
9. Hibret Insurance SC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason what So ever.
