(2) Bid document shall be obtained commencing September 22, 2026 from the office of Procurement and Facility Directorate located at Amhara bank Head Office, ORDA TOWER, 20th floor (Around Legahar) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) for each lots by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C, Addis Ababa Branch, Head office Ground floor during office hour. (Monday to Friday 8:00- 12:00AM to 1:00-5:00PM and Saturday 8:00 12:00AM).
(3) Bidders must present & professional license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate and other relevant documentary evidences.
(4) All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, HO Procurement & Facility Management Directorate during office hours on the above mentioned date and time.
(5) Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and/ or their legal representatives who wish to attend on the above mentioned date, time and place.
(6) Submission of bid after the closing date & time will not be accepted and the document will be returned unopened.
(7) Bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in the bid document.
