Gada Special Economic Zone Development Corporation now invites bids for National competitive bidders who are eligible and capable for supply of

• Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Crawler Excavator - 1 Unit
• Heavy-Duty Battery Electric Dump Trucks - 5 Units
• Heavy-Duty Articulated Wheel Loader, 5-ton class - 1 Unit
• Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Rock Breaker Attachment compatible with the offered excavator-1 Unit
• Water Bowser/Shower (Sprinkler) Truck - 1 Unit
• Mobile Fuel/Lubrication Service Truck - 1 Unit
• Heavy-Duty Counterbalance Electric Forklift- 1 Unit
• Extended-Range Electric Four-Wheel Drive Double-Cab 4x4 Pickup Truck- 1 Unit
• Heavy-Duty DC Fast Charging Equipment, not less than 360 kW each and fully compatible with the supplied EV dump trucks - 2 Units.

1. To all potential Suppliers.

2. Bidding will be conducted through NCB (National competitive bidding) procedure specified in the Procurement Proclamation of the Gada special economic development corporation and is open to all illegible bidders.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application having and submitting of VAT and TIN registration certificate, Renewed Certificate of competence from authorized (concerned) body, renewed trade license, FPPA suppliers list certificate, Valid Tax clearance during period of bid validity from Federal/ Oromia revenue bureau/concerned authority to the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 1000.00 (one Thousand birr) only in CBE account 1000516664348 (K/M/Z/D/A/Gada) starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hour from Monday to Saturday.

4. The bidders shall submit Two separately sealed envelope bidding document which encloses one big wax sealed envelope of "ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT "&"TWO COPIES" this shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes, and labeled as "ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT" and "COPY-1 & COPY-2" and "FINANCIAL DOCUMENT" also encloses one big wax sealed envelope and "ORIGINAL FINANCIAL document" and "COPY-1 & COPY-2". The bid security must be put in the original Technical document with separately sealed envelope. The copy should be a photo copy of the original bid document and must be wax sealed and marked in same manner as original bid document.

5. Bid must be delivered on or before 31 (31th) calendar days of the first day announcement on newspaper on/before 11:00 AM morning, closed on the same time at 11:00AM morning, and opened at 11:30 AM morning. If the 31th day is not working day, the bid will be submitted and opened on the next working day.

6. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after bid opening and All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of birr. 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand birr) or an equivalent amount in acceptable form of CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee with the form of annex to bid document on the  section of contract forms for unconditional bank guarantee.

7. Bid must be clearly marked by "bidders name, address, legal stamp and Reference number Ref: GSEZDC/NCB/003/2026.

8. Gada Special Economic Zone Development Corporation maintains the right to accept or reject any/all of the bids.
