ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለውን አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ኦርጅናሉን በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሠነዶችን በe-GP ስሲተም ላይ በግልጽ አንደምታይ ፣ በትክክል ፣ መሙላትና ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዋጋ የሚሞሉት የአንዱን ዋጋ እና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ከቫት በፊት እና ቦኃላ በግልጽ ሁኔታ ሞልተዉ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ሂደት ወቅት ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት አንድ ሰዓት ቀደም ብሎ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን /key share /መላክ የሚቻለዉ በኢጂፕ /e-GP /ስስተም ብቻ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን በተጠቀሰዉ ጊዜ መላክ ካልቸለ ተጨራቹ ያቀረባዉ የመጫራቻ ሠነድ አይከፈትም፡፡ በተጨማሪም ተጫራቾች የመክፈቻ ቁልፉን በቴሌግራም ወይም በዋትሰአፕ በግለሰቦች ስልክ መላክ አይቻልም፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ያሸናፈቸዉን ዕቃዎች ዉል በመግባት እስከ ዋቸሞ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት እና የጫኝ አውራጅ ወጪዎችን በመሸፈን መቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱባቸውን የምግብ ጥሬ ዕቃዎች ቫት ያላቸውንና የሌላቸውን ለይተው መወዳደር ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በዩንቨርሲቲው ናሙና የተባሉትን የምግብ ጥሬ ዕቃዎች ማየት ከፈለጉ እስከ ዩንቨርሲቲ ግዥሥራ አስፈጸሚ ቢሮ መጥተዉ መመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡
