መስራቤቱ የተሻለውን አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ኦርጅናሉን በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሲዘጋጅ አላጌ ጀግኖች አምባ ማዕከል (Alage heroes center ) ስም መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሠነዶችን በe-GP ስሲተም ላይ በግልጽ አንደምታይ፣በትክክል፣መሙላትና ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ሂደት ወቅት ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት አንድ ሰዓት ቀደም ብሎ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን /key share /መላክ የሚቻለዉ በኢጂፕ /e-GP /ስስተም ብቻ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን በተጠቀሰዉ ጊዜ መላክ ካልቸለ ተጨራቹ ያቀረባዉ የመጫራቻ ሠነድ አይከፈትም፡፡ በተጨማሪም ተጫራቾች የመክፈቻ ቁልፉን በቴሌግራም ወይም በዋትሰአፕ በግለሰቦች ስልክ መላክ አይቻልም፡፡አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ያሸናፈቸዉን ዕቃዎች ዉል በመግባት ዝዋይ (ባቱ) አላጌ ጀግኖች አምባ ማዕከል ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
