• Specific ExperianceFor each lot, the Bidder has satisfactorily completed as contractor or subcontractor, in at least two contracts similar to the proposed work within the past ten years, each with a value of at least ETB 35,000,000.00 (Thirty Five million ETB) or equivalent satisfactory completion across three projects of similar nature; the value of each of these works shall not be less than one-third of the total amountReference: ITB 16.3

VAT registration certificate

 Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 5(b)(ii).;

 Bidder has to submit a valid 2018 tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(iii).
