ማሳሰቢያ፡-  ከተዘጋጀው ፎርማት ውጭ በራስ አዘጋጅቶ ማቅረብ ተቀባይነት የለውም  ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 15,000.00 /አስራ አምስት ሺህ/ እንዲሁም የጨረታው አሸናፊ ለውል ማስከበሪያ ብር 50,000.00/ ሃምሳ ሺህ/ የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ውል በመግባት ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ ይሆናል፡፡  ከላይ ለተጠቀሱት ለእያንዳንዱ አገልግሎቶች ሜኑ/ምን ምን እንደሚካተት በዝርዝር ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡  ከሪፍሬሽመንት ጋር ትኩስ ነገር /ሻይ፤ ቡና ፤ወተት አብሮ የሚቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡  ዋጋ መሙያው ላይ የቁጥር ስርዝ ድልዝ መኖር የለበትም  ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ሲሞሉ ቫትን ያካተተ መሆን አለበት  ውድድር የሚፈልገው የውሃ ዓይነት ማቅረብ የሚችል  የቡና ሴሬሞኒ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በተለያየ ጊዜያት በተለያዩ መድረኮች እንደ ሁኔታው ከ20 ሰው እስከ 400 ሰው ሊሆን ይችላል፡፡  አቅርቦቱን በተባለበት ቦታና ሰዐት ማቅረብ የሚችል (ማጓጓዣ ማግኘት የሚችል) • ፋይናንስ ውድድር የሚገባ በቴክኒካል መመዘኛ መስፈርት 70 ፐርሰንትና በላይ ያመጣ ብቻ ነው፡ • አሸናፊ ድርጅት ከአንድ ቀን በፊት በሚሰጠው ትእዛዝ መሰረት አገለግሎት የመስጠት ግዴታ አለበት፤
