Qualification Requirements

Terms and Conditions

1. The Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. 2. performance security shall be provided in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee within 15 days of notification of award 3. Incoterms: Standard international deliveries shall adhere to Incoterms 2020 (DDP) as specified in the SBD. 4. The Contractor is responsible for all statutory taxes, duties, and levies payable under Ethiopian tax law 5. No variation or modification of the conditions of the contract shall be made except by written amendment signed by authorized representatives of both parties. 6. If the Supplier fails to deliver within the specified schedule, liquidated damages shall accrue at 0.1% of the undelivered contract value per day of delay. 7. Immediate termination will apply if the Supplier is found engaging in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices during contract execution.
