 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ C.P.O ወይም ጋራንቲ መስራት ያለበት የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገቢዎች ቢሮ በሚል አድራሻ መሆን አለበት፡፡ እንዲሁም ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማምጣት አለባቸው  አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፋባቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ግዥ ፈጻሚው መስሪያ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡  መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
