ኦሪጂናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ/ጋራንቲ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጅ ኢንስቲትዩት ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ያሸነፉትን እቃዎች በውሉ መሠረት በወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ የአሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎች ተቀባይነት የሚኖረው ድርጅቱ ሳንፕል በማምጣት በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ተቀባይነት ሲኖር ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡የመክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
