Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) is a civil society organization, non-political, non-religious, and not-for-profit local non-government organization working in areas of sustainable wetlands, forests/natural resources management as well as in livelihood improvement to achieve the dual goals of environment and development in Ethiopia.
Currently, EWNRA would like to purchase beekeeping accessories and mesh wire, and invites potential bidders to submit their price quotes based on the specifications below

All interested suppliers are invited to collect the Price Filling Form (RFP) from the Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association Head Office by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 100. The RFP can be collected from September 28 to October 09, 2026, during working hours.
Interested suppliers shall submit a formal, detailed quotation (Pro Forma Invoice) in a sealed envelope, together with the following documents:
- Valid registration certificate for participation in tenders issued by the Ministry of Finance;
- Renewed business license;
- VAT registration certificate;
- Bid security (CPO only) amounting to ETB 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr only) issued by a domestic bank. The CPO shall guarantee payment to Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) in accordance with the bid requirements.
Bids must be delivered to the address below to the Head Office on October 12, 2026, at or before 2:00 PM local time. Bids will be opened on the same date, October 12, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
