የ2019 ዓ.ም የተማሪ ቀለብ (ወጣወጥ እና ቁርሳቁርስ) አቅርቦት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠን የተጠቀሰበት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሮቤ ዋናው ካምፓስ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን ጨርሶ ክፍያ ሲጠይቅ ትክክለኛ ደረሰኝ በካሽ ሬጅስትር ማቅረብ ይኖርበተል፡፡  አቅራቢው ድርጅት በቂ ሰራተኞችን በመቅጠር ወጣወጥ እና ቁርሳቁርስ አቅርቦቱን ወደ መስተንግዶ ቦታ በማድረስ የደንብ ልብስ (ጋውን) በለበሱ ሰራተኞች የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት በራሱ ይሰጣል፡፡  አቅራቢው ድርጅት በሀይማኖት በዓላት ቀን (ፋሲካ፣አረፋ፣ገና፣ኢድአል-ፈጥር) ምሳ ላይ እና በፋሲካ በዓል ለሊት ፆም ፍቺ ላይ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚያሳውቀው የተማሪ ቁጥር መሰረት የሚያቀርበውን የስጋ ወጥ ሜኑ እጥፍ አድርጎ ያቀርባል፡፡  በሙስሊም ፆም ወቅት ሰላሳውንም ቀን ስሁር (ኦቦሮ) ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚያሳውቀው የተማሪ ቁጥር መሰረት የማዘጋጀት እና የማስተናገድ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡  የማብሰያ እንጨትን ዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚያቀርብ ሲሆን የማስፈለጫ ወጪውን አቅራቢው ድርጅት በራሱ የሚሸፍን ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
