Terms and Conditions

1. የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ዉል ከተፈረመ ቀን ጀምሮ ሆኖ የጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡት የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ መሆን አለበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ማስቀመጥ አለባቸዉ፡፡ ካላስቀመጡ መ/ቤቱ ያስቀመጠዉን የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ እንደተቀበሉ ይቆጠራል፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች ለተጠየቀዉ እቃ ቢያንስ አንድ ኦርጂናል ናሙና ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ያቀረቡትን ናሙና ለሙከራ ሊጠቀመዉ ይችላል፡፡ 3. ተጫረቾች ቶነሮቹ ኦርጂናል መሆናቸዉን የሚገልጽ ከአምራቹ የተሰጠ የዋስትና ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ወይም Manufacturer Authorization letter ሲስተም ላይ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 4. ተጫረቾች ያያዙትን የዋስትና ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ወይም Manufacturer Authorization letter ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ በሚያመቸዉ መንገድ ከሰጠዉ አካል ጋር ትክክለኛነቱን ሊያጣራ ይችላል ፡፡ 5. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ለሚዉዳደሩበት የራሳቸዉን የእቃ መግለጫ ስፔሲፊኬሽንና የንግድ ምልክት/Brand/ እና እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ ሞዴል ወይም part number መግለጽና የአምራቹን ስም መጥቀስ አለባቸዉ፡፡ካልገለጹ ዉድቅ ይደረጋሉ፡፡Exact ማለት ብቻ ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡ 6. ተጫራቾች ሁሉንም እቃዎች እስከ ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዋና ቢሮ ድረስ በራሳቸዉ ወጪ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 7. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ ባለዉ አንድ ቀን ወይም 24 ሰዓት ዉስጥ private key share ማድረግ አለባቸዉ፡፡ካላደረጉ ዉድቅ ይደረጋሉ፡፡ 8. ተጫራቾች በሲስተም ላይ ያሲያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋናዉን በአካል መ/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡ 9. ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞች በጨረታ ማስከበሪ ምትክ ደብዳቤ ሲያስጽፉ ለኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድሀኒት ባለስልጣን ተብሎ በአደራጃቸዉ መ/ቤት/ተቋም የበላይ ሀላፊ ብቻ ተፈርሞ፣ የስምና የኃላፊነት ቲተርና ማህተም ተደርጎ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ከዙህ ዉጪ የሚመጣ ማሰረጃ ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡ 10. ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞች በማምረት ላይ የተሰማሩ መሆን አለባቸዉ፡፡ 11. ተጫረቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸዉ እቃዎች ስቶክ ያላቸዉ መሆን አለበት፡፡ገዥዉ እቃዎቹን ከተጠየቀዉና ተጫራቾ ከሰጡት ዝርዝር ቴክኒከል መግለጫ ጋር ሊያረጋግጥ ይችላል፡፡ 12. ተጫራቾች Specific requirement ላይ የተጫነዉን Anti-bribery pledge form አዉርደዉ ፈርመዉና ማህተም አድርገዉ መጫን ማያያዝ(attach) አለባቸዉ፡፡ 13. ተጫራቾች በጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን ያልተሟሉ ሰነዶች ካሉ እንዲያሟሉ ከተጠየቁበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ በሲስተም ካላስገቡ ዉድቅ ይደረጋሉ ፡፡ 14. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ማብራሪያ ከፈለገ ተጫራቾችን የሚጠይቀዉ በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ ሲሆን ተጨራቾችን ማናቸዉንም ማብራሪያ የሚጠይቁትና የተጠየቁትን ማስረጃዎችና የማብራሪያ መልሶች የሚያስገቡት በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ መሆን አለበት፡፡ 15. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ማብራሪያ ከፈለገ ተጫራቾችን የሚጠይቀዉ በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ ሲሆን ተጨራቾችን ማናቸዉንም ማብራሪያ የሚጠይቁትና የተጠየቁትን ማስረጃዎችና የማብራሪያ መልሶች የሚያስገቡት በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ መሆን አለበት፡፡ 16. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በበአል ቀን ወይም ቅዳሜና እሁድ ከሆነ የጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን በሚቀጥለዉ የስራ ቀን ይሆናል 17. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
