Qualification Requirements

• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• Information related to its professional qualification Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1; Reference: ITB 35.3
• Relevant professional practice certificates Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv); Reference: ITB 35.3
• Debarment Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation  Reference: ITB 35.2

ማሳሰቢያ ለተጫራቾች፡- - ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱባቸው የእንስሳት መኖ ናሙናዎችን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀንና ሠዓት በፊት አዲስ አበባ 22/ሃያ ሁለት/ አካባቢ ከአዲስ ሕይወት ሆስፒታል ፊትለፊት የሚገኘው አላጌ የግብርና ኮሌጅ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የኮሌጃችን(አጋርፋ ግ/ቴ/ሙ/ት/ትና ሥ/ኮሌጅ) ጉዳይ አስፈጻሚ ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆኑ ተጫራቾች የአሸነፏቸውን የእንስሳት መኖ የማስጫኛና የማስወረጃ ወጪዎችን በመሸፈን አጋርፋ -ባሌ(አጋርፋ የግብርና ቴክኒክና ሙያ ት/ትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጅ በሚገኘው ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረታቸው የእንስሳት መኖ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 88,630.00(ሰማንያ ስምንት ሺህ ስድስት መቶ ሰላሳ) ብቻ የባንክ ዋስትና(C.P.O) በአጋርፋ የግብርና ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጅ ስም በማዘጋጀት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ - የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያልሆኑ ተወዳዳሪዎች ለጨረታ ዋስትና ያስያዙት የባንክ ዋስትና(CPO) የጨረታ ውጤት ከተገለጸ 7(ሰባት) ቀን በኋላ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ውሉን እንደፈረሙ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡ - የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች የአሸነፉባቸውን የእንስሳት መኖ የርክክብ ማጠናቀቂያ ጊዜያቸው በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ሲሆን በውል ስምምነት ውስጥ የሚገለጽ ይሆናል፡፡ - ኮሌጁ የተሻለ መንገድ ከአገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ማብራሪያ ቢፈልጉ፡- - 0910296507 አቶ አሳልፍ ትርፌ ወይም -0922565819 አቶ አልይ ዑመር በመደወል ማብራሪያ መጠይቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
