Our Office Ministry of National Defense Logistics Main Department Procurement Team Tender Requirements for the Procurement of Various Heavy Vehicle Canvas Organizations participating in the EGP Open Tender announced for the procurement of various heavy vehicle canvases are required to fulfill the following requirements for the items for which they are competing: 1. Delivery of Awarded Items: - The successful bidder shall deliver the awarded items to the Adama Warehouse using its own transportation. 2. Sample Submission Location:- Samples shall be submitted at Melka-Kality, one day before the opening of the tender. 3. Canvas Sample Requirement:- Bidders shall submit a 1 meter × 1 meter square sample of plastic canvas that meets the specifications and requirements stated in the tender specification. 4. Measurement of Vehicles and Canvas:- Bidders shall visit the Logistics Main Department Transportation Department compound, located below Kalitiy Total, to measure each cargo vehicle. They shall prepare and submit the required canvas measurements for each vehicle and its trailer/body. 5. Vehicle Cover Canvas Sample:- A sewn sample of the vehicle cover canvas shall be submitted. The stitching must be waterproof and properly welded/sealed to prevent water penetration. 6. Bid Security / CPO:- Bidders shall scan the bid security guarantee (CPO) and attach it to their tender documents in the EGP system. 7. Alteration of Samples:- Any bidder who makes alterations or modifications to the items submitted as samples shall be disqualified from the tender competition. 8. Key Code Sharing:- When the tender is opened, bidders must share their Key Code on time. Our office shall not be held responsible for any problems that may arise later due to failure to share the Key Code on time. 9. False Bid Security:- Submission of a false or fraudulent bid security shall result in disqualification from the tender competition and may also result in legal liability for fraud in accordance with the law. 10. Right to Cancel the Tender: - Our Office the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part.
