• ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ከመድረሱ ከአንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ስራ ክፍል ድረስ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ • ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ከመድረሱ ከአንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ስራ ክፍል ድረስ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ • ማንኛውም ተጫራች ኦርጅናል ማስረጃዎችን ግልፅና ተነባቢ እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ስካን አድርጎ በፔዲኤፍ ማያያዝ አለበት፡ ግልፅና ተነባቢ ያልሆነ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ ውድቅ ያስደርጋል፡፡ • የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከ1፡00 ሰዓት በፊት ስሲተም ላይ መላክ አለበት፡፡በወቅቱ ባለመላክ በሚደርሰው ችግር ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡ • አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎቹን የሚያቀርበው በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ንብረት ክፍል አምጥቶ በቴክኒካል ኮሚቴ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ያሰረክባል፡፡ • ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
