CIFA ETS, within the project "SECOND LIFE: developing skills in the field of industrial solid waste valorization for new employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in Ethiopia (AID 013244/10/9)" funded by AICS, invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in the supply of a Seven seat fully electric vehicle in Addis Ababa.

Eligibility:

To be considered eligible, tenderers must provide copy of the following valid documents:

• Valid Commercial/Business License for the relevant sector (automotive / machinery supply).
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.
• Tax Clearance Certificate valid at the time of tender submission.

All supplies under this contract may originate from any country, provided they fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in the tender dossier, local Ethiopian safety and import regulations, and are not subject to EU restrictive measures adopted pursuant to Article 215 of the  Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience, similar contracts, and local after-sales service capacity and scheduled maintenance for at least 1 year (or 100,000 km).

Submission:

Interested companies shall submit Expression of Interest by email. The EOI must include company profile, valid commercial/business license for the relevant sector (automotive/machinery supply), Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate valid at the time of tender submission, references, and financial overview.
