1. Introduction

The Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit closed bid proposals for the Procurement, Supply, Installation, and Support of Fortinet Network Security and Web Application Firewall Solutions.

2. Scope of Supply and Services

The successful bidder will be required to deliver genuine, manufacturer-authorized hardware, licenses, installation, configuration, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support for the following items:

3. Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

Bidders must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

• Valid legal registration and license to supply Fortinet products in Ethiopia.
• Proven track record in supplying, configuring, and supporting Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and FortiWeb solutions.
• Authorized Fortinet partner/reseller status evidence.
• Qualified technical staff capable of carrying out deployment, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• At least two (2) relevant customer references for similar implementations.

Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals electronically under the following conditions:

  • Proposals must be submitted as two separate password-protected PDF files combined inside one ZIP file.

  • The Technical Proposal must be searchable and limited to a maximum of 40 pages (excluding appendices). No financial info may be included in the technical proposal.
  • Passwords for opening the files must be sent separately to the designated contact.
