The Commission have the right to cancel the bid fully or partially at any time & Suppliers must submit each items sample & CPO before the closing date of the bid in person . The expire date of each item must be one year from the delivery & the water delivered two times ( ኮሚሽኑ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፤ አቅራቢዎች የሁሉንም እቃዎች ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO ) ከጨረታ መዝጊያ ቀን በፊት በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው ። የእቃዎቹ የአገልግሎት ጊዜ አቃው ከቀረበበት ጊዜ አንስቶ ቢያንስ ለአንድ አመት የመቆያ ጊዜ ሊኖረው ይገባል፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈውን ውሃ የሚያቀርበው በተለያዩ ሁለት ጊዜያት ውስጥ ነው።
