- valid trade license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
- origin of the Goods and Related Services Bidder has failed to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered Reference: ITB 35.4
- Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2

• ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ከመድረሱ ከአንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ • ማንኛውም ተጫራች ኦርጅናል ማስረጃዎችን ግልፅና ተነባቢ እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ስካን አድርጎ በፔዲኤፍ ማያያዝ አለበት፡ ግልፅና ተነባቢ ያልሆነ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ ውድቅ ያስደርጋል፡፡ • የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከ1፡00 ሰዓት በፊት ስሲተም ላይ መላክ አለበት፡፡በወቅቱ ባለመላክ በሚደርሰው ችግር ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡ • አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎቹን የሚያቀርበው በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ንብረት ክፍል አምጥቶ በቴክኒካል ኮሚቴ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ያሰረክባል፡፡ • ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
