BID EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT NOTICE

Project Name: Ethiopia Food System Resilience Program (EFSRP)

RFB Reference No.: ET-MOA-510856-GO-RFB

1. Scope Amendment

The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) hereby notifies all interested eligible bidders that the scope of the procurement has been amended as follows:

  • Original Scope: Procurement of Supply and Installation of Integrated Hammer Mills for Agricultural Lime Production (Lime Crusher Machines), Including construction facilities.
  • Revised Scope: Procurement of Supply and Installation of Integrated Hammer Mills for Agricultural Lime Production (Lime Crusher Machines) With Associated Civil Works in three different lots.
    • Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Lime Crusher Machines with Associated Civil Works at Guder, Toke Kutaye, West Shoa, Oromia Region
    • Lot 2: Supply and Installation of Lime Crusher Machines with Associated Civil Works at Mekdela town, Borena Woreda, Amhara Region
    • Lot 3: Supply and Installation of Lime Crusher Machines with Associated Civil Works at Debub-Sodo Kell, Central Ethiopia Region

2. Schedule Extension

The deadline for bid submission and opening has been extended as detailed below:
