INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSMISSION OF A RADION PROGRAM ON DISABILITY INCLUSION MEDIA CAMPAIGN

Cheshire Ethiopia is a local non-governmental organization that has been providing rehabilitation and support services for persons with disabilities for several decades in Ethiopia.

Cheshire Ethiopia hereby invites eligible and experienced media service providers to submit their technical and financial proposals for the development and transmission of a radio program focusing on disability inclusion, the rights and empowerment of children and youth with disabilities, and the promotion of an enabling environment for their meaningful participation in society.

The selected media service provider will be expected to work closely with Cheshire Ethiopia to develop appropriate campaign content and ensure its effective production and transmission through relevant media platforms.

1. Scope of the Assignment

The scope of the assignment will include, but may not be limited to:

• Development of the media campaign concept and key messages;
• Preparation and production of radio programme/content;
• Consultation with relevant experts and stakeholders;
• Recording, editing, and production of the programme;
• Transmission/broadcasting through appropriate media channels;
• Development of a transmission/broadcasting schedule;
• Documentation and reporting of the campaign activities; and
• Providing evidence of transmission/broadcasting as required.

II. Required Documents

Interested and eligible media service providers are requested to submit:

1. Technical proposal, including the proposed approach, methodology, work plan, and timeline based on the TOR.

2. Financial proposal, clearly indicating all applicable costs;

3. Company/organization profile and relevant experience in media production and campaigns;

4. Evidence of previous similar assignments, and

5. Relevant legal/registration documents.
