1 በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምፕሬሄንሲቭ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል ስም የተሰራ የጨረታው ማስከበርያ ብር 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺ) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ተቋሙ ድረስ በአካል በመምጣት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት ከሆስፒታሉ ጋር ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ ውል ገብቶ ከኢትዮጵያ መድሃኒት አቅራቢ ኤጀንሲ ስቶክ አውት በሚሆንበት ሰዓት ተቋሙ የሚፈልጋቸው ሪኤጀንቶች ለአሸናፊው ድርጅት በሚፈልገው መጠን የግዥ አቅርቦት ትዕዛዝ ሲደርሰው በአምስት የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የታዘዙትን ግባአቶች ሆስፒታሉ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ 3. ሆስፒታሉን የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታው በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
