• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2

ማሳሰቢያ፡- ተወዳዳሪዎች ያሸነፉባቸውን ዕቃዎች ዝርዝር ባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባሉት ግቢዎች ጥራት ተረጋግጦ ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፣ ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን online በመሙላት በተጨማሪ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ---በጨረታዉ ላይ አለመግባባት ቢኖር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች እና በፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም በመመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 ዉሳኔ የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡ በጨረታዎች ላይ ተመሳሳይ ዕቃዎች ቢኖሩ ዝቅተኛውን ዋጋ የምንወስድ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን ፣ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ ፣ ማናኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ከ1 ሰዓት ቀደም ብሎ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን፤ ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰዓት በኋላ የሚላክ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ተቀባይነት የሊለው መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
