ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት Key share ማድረግ እና CPO) በድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቅጥር ግቢ በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ Key share ያላደረገ እና (CPO) በአካል ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡ ከማህበራት ማደራጃ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) የብር መጠን ያልተጠቀሰበት ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም፡፡ ተጫራቾች አገልግሎት የሚሰጡት በድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቅጥር ግቢ ዉስጥ መሆኑን አዉቀዉ መወዳደር አለባቸዉ፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
