ቢሮው/መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታው ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንት (Bank Gurantee Unconditional) ማለትም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ቢሮው/መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታው ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ናሙና እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንት (Bank Gurantee Unconditional) ማለትም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ብቻ መስሪያ ቤቱ የሚቀበል ሲሆን ጨረታ ማስከበሪያና ናሙና በአካል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት መምጣት እና ኬይ ሸር ጨረታው እንደተዘጋ በአንድ(1) ሰዓት ውስጥ በሰዓቱ ተጫራቾች ሽር ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል ጨረታው በሲስተም ምክንያት የሚራዘም ከሆነ ናሙናን የማቅረቢያ ሰዓት እስከ 11ኛው ቀን ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
