Plan International Ethiopia, Country Office (PIE-CO) wants to invite all interested and eligible contractors to participate in the following construction of one block of Special Needs Center (SNC) with store and IT rooms, & one block of (MHM) Menstrual Hygiene Management @ Koye Fechie Sub City, Koye Fechie #1 and Tuludimitu #2 Primary School Compound respectively, Oromia Regional State and One block of Special Needs Center (SNC) with store and Library rooms, @ Lami Kura Sub City, Woreda 14, Gode Primary School Compound, Addis Ababa Administration, as per enclosed detail BoQ for Full Outsource (Material + Labour) and commissioning of the constructions as summarized below: -
