Call to purchase: Procurement of Different Materials

Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening the resilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.

Currently, PAPDA is seeking various services and materials from qualified and legally registered suppliers as indicated below.

1. Procurement of different materials for IRC-RRM3-SOM-26-078:

1.1. PAPDA invites qualified suppliers to procure, quality-check, and pre- position emergency shelter and non-food items (tarpaulins, ropes, blankets, floor mats) for rapid distribution following authorized activation. The TOR is attached to PAPDA's website.

1.2. PAPDA invites qualified suppliers to procure sandbags, shovels, and spades to support community-led preventive flood mitigation measures in identified high-risk locations.

Proposals must be submitted in soft copy (PDF format) separately for two Projects within seven (7) Consecutive days from the date of this announcement through the PAPDA website (www.papdaa.org) on their lots separately or delivered by hand to:
