ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ዋናውን (ኦሪጅናል) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ዋናውን (ኦሪጅናል) በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡ ሳንፕል ለሚጠይቁ ህትመቶች ሳምፕል ማቅርብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡
