የኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የሞያሌ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የሰራተኞች ዉሃን ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ የሁለት(2) ዓመት ዉል በማስገባት ግዥ መፈጸም ይፈልጋል፡፡ ግዥዉ የሰራተኞች ዉሃ ግዥ ሲሆን፣ በተጠየቀው መስፈርት መሠረት መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 1. አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት/ተጫረች በየሶስት(3)ወሩ 7,345 ፓኬት ግማሽ ሊትር ዉሃ በተጠቀሰዉ ማስረከቢያ ቦታ የማቅረብ/አዘጋጅቶ የመጠበቅ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ 2. ተጫረቾች የዉሃዉን ዋጋ ሲሞሉ ቫቱን ጨምሮ መሙላት አለባቸዉ፡፡ አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር የሁለት ዓመት ዉሉ የሚገባ መሆን አለበት፡፡ 3. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ዉሃዉን አሸናፊ ከሚሆን ድርጅት ከታች ከተጠቀሰዉ ቦታ ሄዶ የሚረከብ ይሆናል፡፡ 4. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማረጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡- • አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ከአዲስ አበባና በዙሪያዉ ከሚገኙ ከተሞች ለምሳሌ ከቡረዩ እና ከሰበታ ከሆኑ ከፋብሪካቸዉ የምንረከብ ይሆናል፡፡ • አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ከሀዋሳና ከዙሪያዉ ከሚገኙ ወረዳዎች ከሆኑ ከፋብሪካቸዉ የምንረከብ ይሆናል፡፡ • አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ከሻሸመኔና አከባቢዉ ከሆነ የማስረከብያ ቦታ ከሻሸመኔ ከተማ ይሆናል፡፡ • አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ደብረ ብርሃንና በዙሪያዉ ከሚገኙ ከተሞች ከሆነ የማስረከብያ ቦታ አዲስ አበባ ይሆናል፡፡ • አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት ከነገሌ አርሲ ከሆነ የማስረከብያ ቦታ ከፋብሪካዉ ይሆናል፡፡
