  በተጠየቀዉ ልክ መጠንና ዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specification) መሰረት መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡  ጥራቱን እና የወቅቱን የገበያ ዋጋ ባገናዘበ መልኩ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበት ዕቃ ጥራቱ በባለሙያ ሲረጋገጥ አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናዉ ግቢ ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ በማድረግ በሰነዱ በሰነዱ ላይ በቀረበዉ ዝርዝር መግለጫ /Specification/ መቅረብና ስራዉ መጠናቀቅ ይኖርበታል፡፡  መኮሮኒ ጥራቱን የጠበቀ የአገልግሎት ጊዜዉ (expired Date) አንድ ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ ናሙና ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ 05/አምስት/ ቀናት ዉስጥ አርባ ምንች ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናዉ ግቢ ግዥ ሥራ አሰፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች የመጫረቻ ሰነዱ አይከፈትለትም ወይም ከዉድደር ዉጪ ይደረጋል፡፡  ተጫራቾች የሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key) በጨረታ ከመከፈቱ አንድ ሰዓት በፊት በቀጥታ (Online Share) ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡  ጨረታ ተከፍቶ የሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key) በጨረታ ከፈታ ቀን በቀጥታ (Online Share) ጨረታ ተከፍቶ በአንድ ሰዓት ጊዜ ዉስጥ መላክ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በሰጠዉ ጊዜ ዉስጥ ቁልፍ (Key) በቀጥታ (online Share) ባይደረግ ኃላፊነቱ የተጫራቹ ይሆናል፡፡  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በኦን ላይን ከማያያዝ (Attach) ከማድረግ በተጨማሪ ኦርጂናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ኦርጅናሉን አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት በማቅረብ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ኦርጅናሉን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል በመቅረብ ያላስያዘ ተጫራች በዉድድሩ እንዳልተሳተፈ ይቆጠራል፡፡ ወይም ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይደረጋል፡፡  የጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የገንዘብ መጠን ተገልፆ እና ጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት (Bid Security Validity Date) ተገልፆ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ይህ ባይሆን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንዳላቀረበ ተቆጥሮ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይደረጋል፤፤  ተጫራቾች የሰነድ (Participation Fee) በዩኒቨርሲቲዉ አካዉንት 1000021480502 በቴሌ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶ ብር/ ብቻ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፍል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
