1.The university has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. 2.The bidder should summit Hard copy of the original CPO/its equivalents in person to the University before bid opening. 3.Bidders should attach clear documentary evidences in a clear way. 4.The winner must deliver the material by his/her transport to the university. 5.ኣሸናፊው ተጫራች ዉል ባሰረ በኣስራ ኣምስት ቀን ውስጥ 200 ኩንታል ፊኖ ገቢ ያደርጋል እንዲሁም ቀሪው 200 ኩንታል ፊኖ የካቲት ወር 2019 ዓ.ም ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
